Retention period: up to 24 months after your most recent contact with us, unless we enter into a customer relationship before then.

When you become a customer, we process the data needed for us to deliver and administer our services, invoice you and stay in touch throughout the collaboration.

Legal basis: performance of a contract, or legitimate interests where you are a contact person at a company we have a contract with. For accounting records, the basis is a legal obligation.

Retention period: for the duration of the customer relationship. Records covered by the Swedish Accounting Act are retained for seven years.

Once the collaboration has ended, we retain certain data in order to provide support, handle any subsequent questions and comply with legal requirements.

Retention period: up to 24 months after the collaboration ends, in addition to the data we are required by law to keep for longer, for example seven years under the Swedish Accounting Act.

Data that we collect through our digital channels may also be processed in order to:

• produce statistics and analyses and carry out market research
• administer and secure our systems
• evaluate, test and improve the website and our services
• tailor and target relevant communications and relevant offers
